First, we no longer have a branch in Nashville, Tennessee and do not operate there in any fashion. The Better Business Bureau states to contact the Nashville chapter. Do not for we have contacted that chapter and informed them we no longer have a branch within Tennessee.
All communications should go to the Greater West Virginia chapter however, please contact us first so that we have the opportunity to work with you. We can be reached toll-free at 888-727-4815 from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. EDT. If we miss your call, please ensure that you leave a voice message and we will return your call in one business day. We do receive a high volume of calls and we do not interrupt calls which we are currently fielding. Accordingly, you call may go to our voice messaging system. Second, the Better Business Bureau states that Apex Credit Services is an advance fee credit repair organization. We are most certainly not. Our payment system is simplistic in that any and all client funds go into a trust account until our services are performed. Apex Credit Services does not receive any funds until our services our performed.
Third, the Better Business Bureau has stated that our “license” was terminated. Again, this is not true because Apex Credit Services does possess a valid credit services organization license and the same was issued by the State of West Virginia.
